RETURN POLICY

The policies outlined below apply only to orders placed on toryburch.com. The return policies for items purchase at Tory Burch boutiques may differ.

Our policies have been updated for the Holiday shopping season.

For merchandise purchased on or after November 10, 2008 we will gladly accept returns until January 15, 2009 for a full refund.

For items purchased before November 10, 2008, the following return policies apply:
  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned in exchange for Tory Burch gift card only. The amount of the gift card will be the current selling price of the items returned.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time


We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition – Tory Burch does not accept returns for worn footwear.

Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Tory Burch reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Shipping Errors
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Tory Burch will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label, please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at inquiries@toryburch.com.

Gift Returns
Returns of gift items will be credited back to the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. At this time we cannot offer store credit for the return of gift merchandise.

Tory Burch Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the remaining balance is less than $10.00.

Returning an Item Purchased With a Tory Burch Gift Card
The standard Tory Burch return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Tory Burch Gift Card. The total amount of the refund will be issued to the credit card you provided at the time of checkout, we will not reissue new gift cards in this case.

Exchanges
We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on www.toryburch.com. You may place your reorder at any time.

In-Store Returns
At this time items purchased online may not be returned to Tory Burch boutiques and must be mailed to Tory Burch Website Returns according to the instructions outlined below.

Tory Burch Items purchased at other locations
Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise may not be returned to toryburch.com.

Price Adjustments
Tory Burch will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at inquiries@toryburch.com and refer to the order number found on the packing slip or order confirmation e-mail. Some promotions may be excluded.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

We have made several changes to simplify our return process. Please read the following instructions carefully. If you have any questions please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at inquiries@toryburch.com.

Preparing Your Package for Return
On the front of the packing slip enclosed with your purchase, please note the reason for the return in the space indicated. Place the packing slip and the merchandise you wish to return in a secure package (we advise that you maintain a copy of your packing slip for your records). If you do not have your packing slip, please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at inquiries@toryburch.com and we will send you a new one.

Mailing Instructions for Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Unfortunately, at this time you cannot use the prepaid return label included in your order. For your security, please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Tory Burch is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

Mailing Instructions for customers in the Continental U.S.
Please attach the pre-paid, pre-printed label (included with your purchase) to the outside of your package. Please be sure to fill in your name, address and zip code in the space provided at the top of the return label and maintain the bottom portion of the label containing the tracking information for your records.

Take the package to any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center or any UPS Authorized Service Outlet (ASO). You may also give the package to any UPS Driver. To locate the nearest UPS Drop Off Center please call UPS at 1-800-Pick-UPS (1-800-742-5877) of visit the UPS website at www.ups.com.

No additional postage is required. Beginning with returns received on February 1, 2008 and thereafter, when using our return label we will deduct $7.00 from the amount of your refund. At this time we do not offer this service for returns sent from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

If you no longer have your return label, please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Tory Burch is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Tory Burch will refund the original form of payment. If you used a Tory Burch Gift Card for your purchase the total amount of the refund will be issued to the credit card you provided at the time of checkout. We will not reissue new gift cards in this case.

All merchandise purchased will be refunded for the price paid. We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error. We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

We will charge a $7.00 fee when you use our pre-paid return label. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.
